I rang up on a Friday and got an appointment on the next day to get an aerial socket in my elderly mother's front room. Ian came and did the work quickly, with no fuss. I am extremely happy with the work done and should my mother (I don't live in Sheffield myself) need anything else doing, Peak Aerials will be the first place I call.

Diagnostic for poor signal. Rewired existing aerial. Excellent workmanship, very friendly and hugely knowledgeable. Went above and beyond what was asked of him and even supplied me an extra aerial cable. Not the cheapest out there, but only chimps work for peanuts! Thanks Ian.

Humax are the tops

One name gets  peak aerials excited and that is humax.
This companies  products  excel.Superb pictures almost total resistance to interference that causes picture freeze and very rapid operation un like some you view units.
Certainly there are cheaper units but spend that bit extra and you wont regret it especially if  you want recording capability  using an hard drive

dont neglect your tv aerial

Year in year out you your Tv aerial sits on your roof doing its job  un thanked and unloved.
but it is subject to weather in  its most extreme form wearing away at its  structure until one day it fail and down it comes crashing to ground.
Not a good situation  by any means we offer a service to  inspect your TV aerial before it comes crashing down or cracks one of your roof tiles  causing  water damage inside your roof.
So if your tv aerial is  of an age you cant remember when it was  installed its time to  have it inspected,just because it is giving you good pictures  now it wont always be that way.

freeview post code checkers

There are many postcode checkers  but the results they give are never  that reliable they can only ever be a guide.
The proof of the pudding is on the ground  at the property  and seeing what the signal is so don't base your decision on whether or not to go for freeview purely on such a checker

Be sure

It is very easy to find yourself  without  some of the  channels on freeview.
It is wise to check you have all the channels with your TV guide and then run the channels you are receiving on your set
Some frequencies could be  damaged   due to cable  issues or  damage somewhere in the system,or you could be  on a freeview light transmitter totley rise is just such a transmitter

we love to solve peoples tv picture problems

nice stable pictures are something we love to provide all the staff at peak aerials are avid TV watchers  who like a  nice solid stable picture.
I the days of analogue  TV level of grain or noise in the picture along with  ghosting  were the main consideration.
Digital now  as  freezing,pixelation  or a sudden crack on sound.
Of  course  these are very simple  views of something that is extremely complex.Putting all that aside digital frees  every body from the perils of a ghosty picture that could never be really  removed just altered to a more  acceptable state
